NASD USI Appreciates by 3.4% in One Week

It was a positive week for the NASD OTC Market as it finished last week strong with the market indices growing more than three percent week-on-week.

Specifically, the NASD USI increased by 3.4 percent, closing at 688.31 points as against 665.79 points it recorded in the previous Friday.

Also, the total market capitalisation gained 3.4 percent last week, closing higher at N465.80 billion compared with N450.56 billion in the last session.

FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc was the week’s biggest price gainer after increasing by 10 percent to N165 per share from N150 per share, while Food Concepts Plc followed with 52 percent rise to finish at 69k per share from 63k per share.
