Lafarge Appoints KPMG as External Auditors

One of the world’s leading providers of audit, tax and advisory services, KPMG, has been announced as the new External Auditors of Lafarge Africa Plc.

A statement sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, explained that KPMG is replacing Ernst & Young (Nigeria).

“We write to formally notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) of the appointment of KPMG as External Auditors.

“KPMG has been appointed to replace Ernst & Young (Nigeria),” Mrs Edith Onwuchekwa, the Company Secretary/Legal Director, disclosed.

Lafarge Africa Plc is a leading Sub-Saharan Africa building materials company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
